For every little girl growing up without her mother — you are loved more than you know.
Little one, if no one tucked you in tonight,
know the stars still learned your name by heart.
The moon has watched you from the day you came,
and it has loved you, quietly, from the start.
You may not have a hand to hold your own,
no lap to climb, no voice to sing you slow —
but everything you need is already yours:
the strength to stand, the softness still to grow.
When you are scared, be brave enough to ask.
When you are tired, be gentle, rest, and stay.
The love you missed does not make you less —
it lives inside you, lighting your own way.
And one day you will be so strong and kind,
the kind of woman small girls hope to be.
So hold your head up, darling, walk in light:
you are not alone. You never were. You're free.
