YourBioRing is a free, universal wellness guide made for women. It brings together clear, general information and awareness on cycles, pregnancy, lactation, fertility awareness, family planning, children, nutrition, fitness, leisure, home life, social connection, and work–life balance — with live calculators, blank take-away templates, and honest budgeting frameworks throughout.
It is not a medical tool and not a personal tracker. It offers general, widely-accepted everyday wellness information — never diagnosis, treatment, medication, pricing, or personal advice. You remain in full control of your own choices, and nothing here replaces your own judgment or qualified professional guidance.
Why it stores nothing
- No server, no cloud, no database — the site runs entirely in your browser from its own pages.
- No local storage of any kind — no saved input, no cookies for personal data, no logging, no history kept by the site.
- No name, no account, no email, no sign-up — nothing is ever asked, anywhere.
- Nothing to export, import, or erase — because nothing was ever saved.
- Calculators compute live, in memory only — refresh the page and everything is gone.
Using it on shared & public devices
This design makes YourBioRing perfectly suited to a public library terminal, a hospital waiting-room kiosk, a clinic tablet, or any shared computer. One woman can read it and leave; the next visitor starts completely fresh. There is no login to forget to sign out of and nothing personal ever left behind. If you'd like extra peace of mind on a shared device, simply close the browser tab when you're done — but even that is a courtesy, not a necessity: the site kept nothing anyway.
Appearance
The 🌗 Theme button in the header switches between light and dark, for this visit only. It's a simple visual toggle held in memory — reload the page and it resets, storing nothing. Try it:
